How Was It Made? “Life-Size Skull”

This piece started as an anatomy exercise back in October of 2011. A life-size skull, it was used as during a live sculpting demonstration at the Creative Talent Network’s Expo. After the show, it sat in the studio and I chipped away at it more as a way to beat stress during the day. Now that it has a base and is nearing the mold making phase – it’s best to get these photos up online. Enjoy the progress shots.
