Alice Cooper’s “It’s me” … this video designed by Tim Worman has my ‘clock’ sculpture is featured through out the video. Although you never see the whole sculpture at once, anything that appears ‘TIME-RELATED’ (i.e. clock faces, days of week turning, spinning clock hands, etc.) are close up’s of my kinetic sculpture. The various “parts” were leased from a clock repair shop off of Lankershim Blvd., so I had to clean up and return all of the gears and working clock parts after the filming. The video is all that remains of this work of art. Official Music Video (2 versions in case one link doesn’t work):

Alice N’ Chains’ “What the Hell have I?” … Another Tim Worman-designed music video, we sculpted these 8′ ~ 10′ tall masks in Los Angeles, then loaded them on flat-bed trucks and drove them up to the northwest. We had to film the music video there because the lead singer could not legally leave the state at that time. Another fun fact is that I shared driving shifts with Jaime Kennedy the entire trip up and back. We would bump into each other at Comic Con years later (see photo below). Good times! http://www.productionhub.com/video/20187/what-the-hell-have-i |
